Next Generation Sequencing Application Example

"Next generation sequencing" can mean many, very different things. This Application Example demonstrates how you can use Scifeon for tracking bioinformatics analyses, including processing steps, software versions and data files.
The example covers a simple, three-step process:
The example includes two runs, NGS-27544 and NGS-27601. The NGS-27601 is a rerun of the mapping and variant call of the same sequencing data against an updated reference genome.
